Today Pastor Young related our spiritual journey to that of one who is new in the military - you have to be broken of anything that may be a threat to your mission.
As we grow and develop with God, we must be prepared to let go of everything dead in our lives. And we also have to be prepared and ready to uproot all good things from any environments that may choke out all the life of God that's growing within us.
When it's time to get up and go, we may feel broken and like we are separated from everything that we know. But, this is when trusting God through the process is most important. It's in these moments that we must look forward to what we've been using our faith for.
When we ask, it is given - but there are revolutions and adjustments necessary to make sure we are ready to grow and protect the blessings that God has for us. If we keep sticking around in the weeds of our memories and unfruitful relationships, we will not be able to grow the seeds that God has planted in us.
So when you feel the shift of life uprooting you from all that seems familiar, trust and know that God is moving you toward the manifestation of your prayers!
📖Here are 3 Ways You Can Know When It's Time To Uproot
1. When you keep finding yourself in the same type of challenges, it's time to evaluate your mental environment to see what needs to be uprooted.
2. When you find yourself in the company of people who encourage things that are not productive in your life, it's time to uproot some things.
3. When you find yourself doubting more than you believe the promises of God, it's time to uproot some old beliefs.
